Terms of service
These terms apply to every purchase made on DragonSIM. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them.
The service
DragonSIM sells digital country packages of Telegram accounts as downloadable files. Product pages state the formats, tiers and live stock; what you receive is what the product page describes at the time of purchase.
Orders and payment
Orders are paid in cryptocurrency through the Heleket payment gateway at the exact amount shown. Items are reserved for you until the payment deadline; unpaid orders expire and their reservation is released. An order is completed only after the payment is verified.
Delivery and downloads
Delivery is digital and automatic. Download links are personal, time-limited and download-limited; sharing your order link is at your own risk and lost links are re-issued only after verification.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how purchased accounts are used. You agree not to use them for unlawful activity, spam, fraud or abuse of third-party services, and you accept that the platform operator of the underlying service may restrict accounts that violate its own rules.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for actions of third-party platforms. Faulty deliveries are handled under the refund policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
