What support can help with
Most requests fall into one of these, and each is handled after a quick check that you are the buyer.
Payments
A crypto payment that is still pending, expired, or was sent in the wrong amount.
ZIP downloads
A download link that expired or ran out of attempts before you saved the files.
Order access
A lost private order link — we re-send it to the email used at checkout.
Orders under review
A payment held for a manual check, so you know exactly what happens next.
Before you contact us
Having these ready lets us help on the first reply:
- Your order reference (for example #1234) or the order link.
- The email address you used at checkout — we answer to that address.
- A short description of what happened and when, plus a screenshot if there is an error.
- Never include payment passwords, wallet seed phrases, or private keys — support will never ask for them.
Common situations
I paid, but my order still says “awaiting payment”
Crypto payments need network confirmations and the order page updates on its own — give it a few minutes. If the payment window expired before the payment arrived, do not send again; place a new order and contact support so the first transfer can be reviewed.
My ZIP download link expired or ran out
Links are time-limited and download-limited for your protection. Contact support from your checkout email and we re-issue a link after verifying the order. Re-issuing never extends the original time or download budget.
I lost my order link
The private link is the only key to your order. Contact support from the email used at checkout and we re-send it — orders are never exposed through guessable URLs.
My order is under review — what now?
A person checks payments that arrived late or in an unexpected amount. Recorded payments are never discarded: the order is completed or a resolution is arranged with you, and you are notified by email.
What support does not do
- We do not promise the impossible — accounts are sold as they are, and we never claim one lasts forever.
- We cannot skip payment verification or mark an order paid without a recorded payment.
- We do not release files without a confirmed, paid order tied to your private link.
- We will never ask for your passwords, seed phrases, or wallet keys.
