Refund policy

DragonSIM sells digital goods that are delivered as files. Because such goods cannot be returned, refunds follow the conservative rules below.

Before delivery

If you paid and the order cannot be delivered — for example the items became unavailable or a technical fault prevents delivery — we complete the order as soon as possible or refund the recorded payment in full.

After delivery

Once the ZIP download has been made available, the goods are considered delivered. If individual items inside the package are faulty on arrival, report them to support promptly with details; verified faulty items are replaced where stock allows, otherwise refunded proportionally. We do not refund items that worked on delivery and were lost or restricted later through use.

Payments under review

Payments that arrive late, in the wrong amount or with other anomalies are reviewed by a person. Depending on the case, the order is completed, partially settled or refunded. Recorded payments are never silently kept without an outcome.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned in cryptocurrency to a wallet you confirm with support. Network fees of the refund transaction may be deducted where the refund is not caused by our fault. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
