Each order has its own secret link — the only key to it. There is no account and no guessable order number.
Access after payment
Your download link opens only once the payment is confirmed; nothing is released against an unpaid order.
Limited on purpose
Links expire after a set time and a set number of downloads, so a shared or leaked link cannot be reused forever.

Lost or expired link? Support re-sends or re-issues it after checking that you are the buyer.

Why does download access open only after payment?
Files are digital and one-time, so they are released only once your payment is confirmed on the network. Until then your items stay reserved, not delivered.
Why is my access time- and download-limited?
Limits stop a link from working forever if it is ever shared or intercepted. Your order page always shows the time left and the downloads remaining.
I lost my order link — what do I do?
Contact support from the email you used at checkout. After confirming the order is yours, support re-sends the link. Keep the new one private too.
Can support recover access for me?
Yes — support can re-send your order link and re-issue an expired download link after verifying you are the buyer. It never extends a link beyond its normal limits.
