Trust & safety

Trust comes from how the store actually works, not from big promises. Here is exactly how your order, your files and your data are protected — and what we will never claim.

How we keep your purchase safe

Four things hold every order together, from the moment you pay to the files on your device.

Pay first, then files

Your ZIP is generated and released only after the payment is confirmed — never before.

Private order link

Each order has its own secret link, the only key to it. There is no account to break into.

Pre-sale checks

Accounts are checked for format, 2FA and ZIP structure before they ever reach the catalog.

Honest by default

We show account age, 2FA and live stock as they are — and never invent guarantees.

Common questions

Why is the ZIP released only after payment?

Digital goods are one-time, so releasing files before a confirmed payment would put both sides at risk. The archive is built and delivered the moment your payment confirms.

Why must I keep my order link private?

The link is the only key to your order. Anyone who has it can view the order and its downloads, so treat it like a password and never share it.

Is “order protection” a money-back guarantee?

No. It is a set of real safeguards — private access, protected and limited downloads, and human review of payment problems. Where an order genuinely cannot be completed, the refund policy applies.

What does support do for access, downloads or payment?

After checking you are the buyer, support can re-send your order link, re-issue an expired download link, and review late or mismatched payments. Support cannot skip payment verification.

Can you promise accounts will never be limited?

No. We show the account age, whether 2FA is set and the live stock so you can choose — but how long an account stays usable depends on your usage and Telegram’s rules.
