Privacy policy

What we collect

• Checkout details: your email address, the display name you enter and a contact handle (for example a Telegram username).
• Order records: what you bought, amounts, timestamps and order status history.
• Payment records: payment identifiers and amounts received from the payment gateway. We never see or store card numbers or wallet private keys.
• Delivery records: when your ZIP was generated and downloaded.
• Security logs: technical events such as the IP address of a checkout or download, kept to protect orders against abuse.

How it is used

Your data is used to process and deliver your order, to send order emails, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to help you when you contact support. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Payment processing happens at the Heleket payment gateway under its own terms. Beyond that, data leaves our systems only when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

Order, payment and security records are kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and abuse prevention, then removed or anonymized. To ask about or request deletion of your data, contact support from the email used at checkout; we will honour requests where no legal retention duty applies.
