How can I pay?
In cryptocurrency, through the Heleket payment page that opens after checkout. Pay the exact amount shown — a different amount sends the order to manual review.
How fast is delivery?
Automatic and normally within seconds after the payment is confirmed on the network. Confirmation time itself depends on the cryptocurrency used.
Where is my download link?
On your order page (the link you received right after checkout) and in the delivery email. The order page updates automatically once payment confirms.
My download link expired — are my files gone?
No. Links have an expiry and a download limit for your protection, but support can re-issue a link after verifying the order.
Is the stock shown real?
Yes. Stock numbers are live, and checkout reserves your items until the payment deadline. You cannot buy more than is actually available.
What file formats do I receive?
Each account comes in the formats stated on the product page: TDATA and SESSION + JSON, packaged together in one ZIP per order.
My order says “under review”. What does that mean?
The payment needs a manual check — usually because it arrived late or the amount did not match. A person reviews it and either completes the order or arranges a resolution with you by email.
How do I contact support?
Reply to your order confirmation or delivery email. Include your order reference and describe the issue; we aim to answer within one business day.
